As you all know, chokers have made a comeback since they were last seen in the late 90s early 2000s.
Chokers have been around for centuries, as an art major I would see chokers appear in many art pieces like my favorite paintings by Degas', The Ballet Class, The Ballet Rehearsal on Stage and more and as a fashion lover, to get me through history classes, I would pay close attention to the women's fashion throughout the time periods. But any who, I've received a lot of compliments and questions on where I get my chokers from and the answer is Forever 21!! I'm sure there are other places to get some cute, fancy chokers but Forever 21 is the main place I shop for them.
